Hi! Thank you for your interest in working at Blend. We are currently looking to hire several individuals 21 years of age or older with weekend afternoon availability (i.e. 2-7:30 pm on Fridays and 1-5:30 pm on Saturdays, and/or Sundays). These positions are part time and flexible, however, weekend availability is a must.

If you love working with people and have a passion for coffee - we want to talk to you! Blend Coffee Bar is an independent, locally owned & operated coffee shop. We've been named the Best Coffee Shop in Ashburn 5 years in a row and consistently one of the top coffee shops in Loudoun County, VA.

Barista experience a definite plus, but if none, we will train you.
